Terms & Conditions of Buslands Tourist Park
Terms & Conditions of entry to the Park are set out below.
Any breach of of the Terms & Conditions can and may result in eviction from from the park and may include costs of any reapirs as a result of damage to Park property, plants, equipment, materials or fixtures. The Management reserves the right to make final decisions and/or refuse entry to any person/s.

* The Maximum speed limit in the Park is 10 Km/h.
* All flora and fauna is protected in the Park and Creek.
* Fires are only to be lit in fire places, bins, or barbecues provided.
Check with management about fire restrictions and fire bans.
* Absolutely NO SMOKING in the amenities block.
* Children under 8 years of age are to be accompanied by an adult in the amenities.
* The Park uses septic, use only toilet paper provided. Sanitary pads, tampons or foreign objects are NOT to be placed or flushed down the toilets under any circumstances, use bags and bins provided.
* Wrap all garbage and place in bins provided. Use Recycle bins for Recycleable material ONLY.
* Individual clothes lines are NOT to be erected.
* 1 lead ONLY to each power outlet.
* All bike, scooter, scateboard riders and the like, MUST wear appropriate head gear, EG:HELMET when riding in the Park grounds. These items must NOT be riden on ramps, in the amenities block or in the hall.
* Pets are permitted, but MUST be kept on a lead at all times. Clean up after your pets.
DO NOT leave animal faeces in the Park.
* Pets are NOT allowed in on-site accommodation, unless they are registered seeing eye,
or Medical assistance dog.
* Ensure all taps are turned off after use and do NOT waste water. Tank water is for drinking ONLY. If there is a leaking
tap, please notify the Park Managers.
* Unlicenced drivers are NOT to drive in the Park, unregistered vehicles are NOT to be driven in the Park.
* Digging into creek banks is STRICTLY forbidden as it causes erosion. |
